Today I will be sharing a step by step guide on how to create versatile flower jewelry. The best thing about this design is that it can be used as a necklace, belt or flower crown.
Time: 15 min build + 40 min drying
What you’ll need:
● 50ml Tube Floral Adhesive Waterproof Glue
● Sprey roses
● Ribbon
● 2 Paper clips
● Scissors
For this project I picked the most adorable Eden spray roses. They have pink petals in the center of the bloom and pale ivory outer petals, with lots of flowers on each stem. But it can be any spray rose. The key is that the flower should be light enough for the glue to hold it, so don’t try to do the same with the big/heavy flowers.
1. Cut a piece of ribbon long enough to serve as flower crown/necklace/belt.
2. Mark the area that you want to cover with flowers with the paper clips.
3. Apply floral glue to the bottom of your flowers and let it sit for a while. The glue needs to dry a bit before you start placing your flowers on the textile.
4. After 5 – 10 mins your flowers are ready to be placed on the ribbon. Until the whole marked area in cowered.
5. It is ready to be worn.
